Check out our two female piglet sisters Charlie and Delta! These girls came to us with their momma Juliet and brothers Rambo, Sarge, Tango, and Romeo as owner surrenders when their family’s fencing could not properly contain them. When we rescued them our top priority was to make sure they were spayed, especially after living unseparated from their father and brothers. We are so relieved they came to us in time so that they would never have to have a litter of piglets!

Delta has transformed from a timid and cautious little piglet to a confident pig who isn’t afraid to stand up to her brothers when she wants some attention from the humans too!

When Delta and her family first got to us, she was one of the most timid and wasn’t thrilled about being around people unless they had snacks for her, however, she’s recently warmed up and is one of the first to greet whoever goes out into their field now. She comes up, says ‘hello’ and then hangs out for a while before wandering off to do her own thing. She’s still cautious around loud or fast moving people, so she would probably do best in a home with older or chill kids, but she (and the whole litter!) have been litter box trained, so she would easily transition to a home as an indoor or an outdoor pig!

Charlie started out as the most flighty out of her whole family and refused to let anyone she didn’t know get close to her and would show off just how athletic she can be by running away as quickly as possible, however, she’s gained confidence and is willing to meet anyone who gives her the chance to make the first move (and she can be easily persuaded to make that move with the proper snack offerings)!

She’s still the most independent of her siblings - she knows what she wants and she’s not afraid to bully her brothers around so she can get it! She’s headstrong and as cute as a button, it’s hard not to love her!

Because she can still be a bit flighty around loud and quick people, she would do best in a home with older or calmer kids, but she (and the whole litter!) have been litter box trained, so she would easily transition to a home as an indoor or an outdoor pig!

Neither of these girls are super bonded to any of their siblings specifically, but we would love to see them go into a home with one of them! They're both up to date on their vaccines, spayed, and microchipped.

If you are interested in adopting either of these girls, you can fill out an adoption application for them by clicking on the link below!

We are grateful to have had several wonderful photographers donate their time and skill to photograph our animals and their lives here. While many photos on our site were taken by WRAS Staff Members, others were taken by:
